Motion Platform
BY CONTROLLED MOTION
Choose the architecture
Start from the motion the task must reproduce, then confirm it against the complete moving load.
6DOF Motion Platform
Coordinated surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch and yaw.
3DOF Motion Platform
Three specified axes when the task does not need six.
CONTROL & CONFIGURATION
Define the interface
The mechanism is only half the platform. Commands, states and boundaries are agreed with it.
Stewart Platform
Parallel geometry built around payload and workspace.
Motion Platform Control System
Commands, states, safety I/O and the host boundary.
COMPARE FIRST
Settle the trade-off
Three guides that close the architecture and sizing questions before an RFQ.

SIZING REVIEW

Not sure which architecture?
Send the complete moving load, the required axes and one representative trajectory. We will name the platform family and the missing inputs.
Send Platform Requirements
Applications
TESTING & RESEARCH
Motion as a test input
Controlled physical motion used to produce evidence, not to entertain an operator.
Industrial Testing
Apply an approved trajectory to a DUT under a defined load.
Research Motion Platform
Repeatable dynamic input for controls, sensing and R&D.
Motion Compensation Platform
Counter a measured disturbance at a defined payload point.
SIMULATOR INTEGRATION
Platform-only supply
For OEMs and integrators who own the simulator and need the subsystem beneath it.
Motion Platforms for Simulators
The common mechanical, control and acceptance framework.
Flight Simulator
Subsystem beneath an integrator-owned moving cockpit.
Driving Simulator Motion Platform
Platform motion beneath a DIL or vehicle-research buck.

APPLICATION REVIEW

Which application fits?
Send the objective, the complete moving assembly and one representative motion file. We will identify the workflow before naming a model.
Discuss Your Application
Custom & OEM
PROJECT ROUTES
Start from the blocker
Motion platform projects fail at the interface, not at the mechanism.
Custom & OEM Motion Platforms
No standard configuration fits your load or envelope.
INTERFACE & INTEGRATION
Where projects fail
A protocol name proves nothing. Message content, timing and states are agreed and tested.
Controller & API Integration
Commands, timing, operating states and safety signals.
EVIDENCE
What you get back
Every quoted figure should trace back to a document you can read.

Stewart Platform Design
How geometry trades workspace against stiffness.
SELECTION & SIZING
Settle the trade-offs
